Personal growth is, by its nature, personal. We can't and don't promise specific results from listening to audio, reading articles, or using any of the tools. What you get out of the practice depends on consistency, honesty, and your own circumstances.

Your responsibility

You're responsible for the goals, prompts, reflections, and scripts you create with the tools, and for how you use the audio you generate. Don't use the site to harm yourself or others, to create content for someone else without their knowledge, or for anything illegal.

Acceptable use

When using Future Self Audio, please don't:

• Attempt to break, scrape, overload, or disrupt the site.
• Use the tools to generate content that is unlawful, hateful, or harmful.
• Resell, redistribute, or republish our content without permission.
• Misrepresent yourself or impersonate someone else.

Intellectual property

The Future Self Audio name, logo, articles, designs, and original content are owned by Future Self Audio. You're welcome to read, share links, and use the tools for personal practice. Please don't copy, republish, or repackage the content commercially without our written permission.

The personal scripts, journal entries, and audio you create with the tools are yours — to keep, edit, and use as you see fit.
